Boys & Girls

8 Week Advanced Development Program

Jan. 9th-Feb. 27th (Saturdays)

Curriculum / Methodology

Our own unique development methodology based from Spanish and Dutch influence, as well as the Fiorentina Method. Our system has proven to develop players for the highest levels of  MLS Youth Academy League, Girls Academy, ECNL,  U.S. National Teams, College and Professional.

The methodology challenges coaches to embrace a different paradigm, focused more on the individual player, and less on team performance. While a number of areas of player development are addressed in our method (e.g. motor skills, coordination, technical, and tactical), it’s how players are developed that makes the real difference.

For example, a session on motor skills and coordination looks more like a playground than a typical practice setup of flags, cones, and balls. You might instead see hurdles, ropes, rings, ladders, even various balls of different sizes. In addition, during technical sessions, coaches pay attention to every detail, striving for individual player perfection.

(We will group players by appropriate level)

Mon - Wed

9am - 12pm

    • 2013 – 2010

      • Our U8 – U11 camp is to introduce players to our station based training model and style of play. Whether you are a current FCBA player or looking to join this camp has everything a player requires from a technical level, 1v1 environments and the ability to take their game to the next level. All players will be broken up by level and not age to get the most from the camp.

    • 2009 – 2007 and 2006 - 2003

      • This camp is specifically aimed at players looking to get to the next level of play, moving from NPL into MLS Next or even boys aiming to get into the Earthquakes Boys Academy. Players will be taken through our unique training model for technical and tactical development around our game model. Activities will be technical, small game situations, tactical play and 11v11 play. Additionally, the focus on our older players will also be around college play, training expected in ID camps and for our girls program opportunities to experience WPSL style training.

    • Keepers

      • Our goalkeeper camp is for players not only wanting to be the number 1 shot stopping keeper but also be the 1st attacker in transition. This camp is everything for the model goalkeeper: shot stopping, diving, handling corners, punching, collecting the ball, distribution and setting up the counter attack.

  • $300 per week or $500 for both weeks
